Imaging Services: Mammography

Appointment Details:

  • Please bring the Requisition Form and your valid Ontario Health Card for each visit.
  • If you do not have a valid Ontario Health card please bring VISA, MasterCard or Debit Card.
  • Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment for registration.
  • LATE arrivals may require re-booking.
  • If you are unable to keep your appointment, please give at least 24 hours notification.

These instructions are IMPORTANT. Please follow them.

Patients who have had previous mammograms not within TNI clinics are asked to bring those films for comparison. Mammograms must be booked. Please advise the receptionist if you have breast implants. Women over the age of 50 maybe be registered for the Ontario Breast Screening Program. Appointments are required; please call the desired location.
